A powerful method to unlock anxiety, sadness & depression, heaviness, rage erruptions, fear and more. Emotions live in the body, they are a part of you, they are your own energy. This is the teaching of allowing your emotional energy to flow in the body, energizing you so that you can use it to adapt to any situation and move forward towards your wish. When you allow it to flow, stagnation goes away and you become free and full of energy and ability.

The more you avoid pain and the more you suppress fear — the more you block your body’s natural healing mechanisms. This is the teaching of being attentive enough in your body so that pain transforms and the magic of healing can take place. It is the path of stopping automatic physical patterns which either created or allowed your physical issues to settle in place. When the body can work, magic happens in the most beautiful ways.

Life can be full of new surprises — yet we keep ending up in the same familiar situations, sabotaging our own path. When a situation repeats with the same emotional patterns and same outcome it means that we have become predictable, closing the door to new options. Same emotions and behavior patterns lead to the same outcomes, and in this way we constantly recreate our traumas and pains, but also sabotage our dreams and freedom.

  • Found childhood trauma of bullying where he learned to push down his own powers by closing the lower belly area and controlling upper body.
    The loop was: fear moment > he limits his powers > not acting on his wishes > depressed and detached from his heart’s path

  • Found a few childhood traumas where he has learned to freeze with fear(terror) in order to reduce its intensity. Pushing that energy down, meant that he was disconnecting from his body to the point that he is not present in reality in order to act towards his goals. Emotional experiences became dull and any excitement was gone.

  • The teaching of bringing the attention into the body and allowing fear, meant that she could change the way she deals with the symptoms. Pain transformed and she re-learned the pleasure of agreeing to be the body.

  • Pain attacks were connected with the moods/attitudes of pushing and defending which she was using alot through her daily life. Elevating body attention in the belly and pelvis allows her to stop contracting and invite the movement of breath into the belly - reducing the intensity of pain and cramps.

  • This client was experiencing fear attached to authority figures. In those situation he was tensing up his lower body (thighs, pelvis, lower belly) so much that he would lose connection with this legs - not being able to feel their presence. In the sessions he learned that by letting go he can regain access to his legs and this completely changes the feeling of stability, strength and confidence. Together with breathing openly and being attentive in relevant situations, he earned back the ability to feel confidence in the body.

  • This client loved her profession but could only enjoy it when she was not doing it for work. An emotional childhood trauma of having a mom that was not reachable for her at a certain period, she learned the duty of working harder in order to produce some response from the world, assuming that the lack of response is the result of her being flawed or not doing it properly. Self judgement, beliefs and detachment were part of the way she transformed what she loves to do into a duty which she is not good at.

  • In this case the work is about elevating energy levels and quieting the mind, allowing the client to come back to the body and process their emotions in a safe and supported environment.
    Sidekick: reducing physical tension and back pain help a lot with quality of life.

  • Found a repeating childhood situation that has to do with shame, anger and control, which the client keeps re-living on a daily basis when a specific emotional situation occurs. Then, the client limits emotional intensity, closing the belly and diaphragm areas, which severely affects digestion. The loop is that when digestion doesn’t go well it triggers the same situation of shame and anger which pushes the belly issue even stronger.
    With body attention client was able to learn to let go, allow the emotions to process and use their energy. Digestion got better and the control+responsibility are back in the hands of the client.

  • In a repeating emotional situation I was tensing up my shoulders together with the jaw and the side of my neck, without attention. At the end of the day the migrane was so bad that I had to go to bed. Learning to pay attention to the shoulders and neck, and later learning to not block my anger in those moments, completely solved my migranes issue.

Where to begin

The first session includes an assessment through the feet before we begin to work. The intention is to clarify your goal within the context of your life story and your needs. We meet on eye level, I dont know more than you and I don’t try to fix you. We feel together what it is that you really need right now. We’ll take a look at the feet and touch the body to see things in context and we’ll talk, feel and laugh. You already have anything you need within you, and Im here to show you how to access it. We might have fun, become emotional, let go of something, feel or learn something new. At the end of each session you will be given a few quite minutes for the body to integrate and work.

Some experiences are not meant to be put into words, they simply have to be experienced in the body.

Sessions last 60 minutes and are priced at 70 Euros. Your first session might be longer up to 90 minutes. After your session it is advised to take a bit of time to enjoy the nice stillness in the body.

How does it work?

Process

It begins with an intake that includes feet-reading and assessment of your overall situation. This allows us to pinpoint the real underlying cause for the issue that brings you to me. We recognize it when it deeply touches you, when you want it to be at the center of your process.

A straight forward strategy will be formed and we let the teachings begin! Sessions include specific techniques of touch that communicate with the body, together with guided breathing, some emotional moments, and the focusing of your attention into the body. It’s truly a special experience, so teaching and so supportive at the same time. While the influence on the body is very real, the sessions are designed as a teaching so that you learn how to manage your reality on your own.

Sessions take place weekly, elevating your energy levels and leading you step by step under my guidance, until you reach your aim. It is a profound transformation and a very special experience.

Bodywork

Bodywork is experienced in many ways. You might feel energy flows or tingling or heat, spontaneous shaking of any body part, sometimes a flow of cry or a laughter might move you. There are many ways for the body to work and they are all blessed and unexpected.

The sessions are designed to allow natural flows to move through the body. Those are flows of your energy that you will learn to feel, very real and physical. While we don’t know how and where the body will choose to use this energy, the session works to support that bodywork, following the body’s lead. In fact, when communicating with the body I do my best to listen to and follow it’s responses. When we learn to listen it tells exactly what it needs.

At the end of each session you will be given a few minutes to remain lying down and relax the body — allowing it to work as it wishes. Here you experience your body putting all that energy into its best use, without your mind’s control or understanding.

Feet reading

The soles of your feet show the connection between your emotional and physical situations, how you walk through life — the mood, the posture, the expedited and blocked flows, your habits and any issues that result from those. It’s all there, and it gives me an objective point of view where judgement and beliefs don’t play a role. It’s this clear insight about you, which allows me to guide your process with precision. When the feet tell us about an historical event at a specific age that has become traumatic to you, the whole picture comes together — for you — and a new understanding connects your past with who you are today, often explaining many repeating outcomes and situations in your life and in your body.

Feet reading is a central part in my work, but it is also an amazing experience, many times emotional and touching, because it’s never technical. It requires that I touch, press, move and feel your feet, and it only works if I don’t assume anything and agree to not know.

Elements

When describing your true potential we look at the division and the relationship between the 4 elements that make you uniquely you. They show up on the feet both in their potential and in their current position (which is arranged to acomodate automatism and obstructs the full realization of your potential).

Air‍ ‍is the realm of the mind, thoughs, imagination, creativity and supreme connection if you may. It is also the head with it’s openings and their functions. Fire‍ ‍is the realm of doing, moving, loving and connection with others in its different aspects. Wateris where emotions originate and it’s how we feel our own and other’s atmosphere and mood. Through water we are afraid and also experience intimacy. In Water we passively digest food and experiences. Earth‍ is our ground, the element on which we stand, the one responsible for our health, and existence, out basic bodily needs and the self healing powers of the body. Earth allows us passivity and in times of a survival need it will erupt enormous amounts of energy.

Elements relate and mix with eachother in different ways, in different situations and in different parts of the body. It is that unique balance that has been crafted by repetition throughout your life, which creates the predictable you and the recurring situations that you experience.

Freedom is the ability of the elements to move you in an unpredicted way — the way that you wish to chose in the moment. Unexpected, undictated by others, new, and true to you.

Remember the language of touch I use in the sessions? That’s a form of communication with the elements to which they respond and interact. Quite amazing!
