Your session will be uniquely tailored for your goals, needs and requests.
You don’t have to prepare, no prior experience is needed, just bring curiosity and any subjects that are important to you.

How to prepare

Come in comfortable clothes if possible. The bodywork is usually done in underwear or any comfortable clothing that feels good to you.

If you are eating before the session, make it a light meal, we want an easy belly. After the session it’s nice if you could give yourself a bit of time before rushing back into daily stuff.

If this is your first session

The first session includes an intake and assessment before we touch the body. For that reason it’s a bit longer — Please allow yourself up to 90 minutes and don’t rush back into daily stuff right away.

Pricing options

Single session = 70 Euros (one hour, and first session is 90 minutes)

Aimed Process commitment = 4 weekly sessions at 65 Euros each

Aimed process commitment = 10 weekly sessions at 60 Euros each
