Let's get together to explore that. Through the body, through breath, through movement.
This is a learning through body-experience where we discover a somatic approach to anger.Anger comes with intense sensations in the body. With a lot of social and personal restrictions.
We have all developed our own ways to not agree to have it in the body.
A fundamental shift happens when you stop pushing it away. When those intense sensations in the body are allowed. You are now on the same side, the friction inside you is gone and those physical sensations communicate with you - the voice of your anger.
But nobody taught us how to listen to that. This workshop is the door. Most of us are used to push anger away, to be polite and to hold it (the body) together. Until it's too much and we either snap or get stuck in our heads blaming someone else for that bad mood. But that's not the real goal of anger. Anger is your body's voice, rising the moment something isn't right, and it speaks first of all to you — it's about your needs, your boundaries, about what is really important for you.
This workshop is not another talk about anger. This time we want to be where the voice of anger actually lives - in the body.
So in those 2 ½ hours we won't be fixing, understanding or managing anger.
Instead, we'll get curious and learn practical tools to come closer to our boundaries and needs through the body. Learning to listen to that voice inside — perhaps for the first time — is the way to transform it into a positive driving force that we can use. You’ll learn practical tools, through the body
- A clear felt sense of exactly where and how anger speaks to you, felt in your own body.
- One physical sensation and one breath pattern that call for your attention to listen to the body right now. Those are tools for you to use in daily life. Sharing them as your first step is exciting to me, because they have brought me into a huge transition with my own anger (read my story below). What happens in the workshop
We'll sit together for an opening conversation, exploring the mechanisms of anger — its aim, its essence, and the way society taught us to push it down while ignoring our boundaries. We’ll explore how it feels in the body, how differently it lives in each of us, and how it's possible to use it as a positive driving force in life. You're welcome to share, learn from each other's experiences, or simply listen quietly. No sharing is obligatory. We then move from understanding into experiencing the body itself.Through a real demonstration you'll see how anger gets blocked in the body — and if you'd like, I could also show you on your own body. From there, simple and powerful somatic exercises, designed to help you discover how anger signals you in your own body, and how your breath shifts the moment you start to get stuck in the loop. Together, through movement and music, we bring attention inward and feel the language of the body. Before we end, a guided imagination exercise gives you the chance to meet your own personal pattern, the specific way you stop the voice of anger. Knowing it with such clarity, is what lets you notice it next time it happens. Bring a situation that makes you angry (no sharing is required, just keep it in your mind for that exercise). We end together, sharing what moved, learning from one another’s body and experience.
“ If you are prepared to look behind the curtains of your anger and disclose another layer of your self-growth, go to this workshop - a safe environment with Itai's loving support and guidance “
- Participant of May 2026 workshop
Hi, I’m Itai and I created this workshop to show people that there is a body-way that changes lives.
Things really shifted for me when I first learned to allow the energy and intensity of anger through the body. When I stopped focusing my attention outwards and learned to stay present in the body.
Moments of anger that would normally end in distance, accusations and me stuck with a shitty mood for days, took a sharp turn into emotional presence. It turns out there was a pain underneath that anger — and when I could finally feel it, so did the person in front of me. The distance was immediately gone and connection took its place. Since my needs and boundaries became so clear, I could — with that softness — communicate them on the spot with a clarity that could not be ignored. The whole situation was something else now. Togetherness and connection instead of pushing away and blaming each other in a loop.
This is the power of body attention. This workshop is meant to be the door to that.
I've worked with hundreds of people in sessions and workshops. I trained for over three years at the Be Your Body Academy of the Grinberg Method in Italy. Guiding people through intense emotional moments is my daily job, and when something big comes up inside you, that's exactly where I'm trained to be so that you’re never alone in the experience.
People who join new to this workshop — sometimes nervous, sometimes skeptical — leave with something concrete: a clear sense of their own physical pattern, new attention to how their breathing changes when they block anger, practical tools to reconnect with their inner voice, and a different relationship to what anger really is for them.
I'll be with you every step with a warm atmosphere, and the guiding is clear and supportive. You will feel seen and accepted, and you will not be pushed into anything you're not comfortable with.

I really disliked being angry because it felt like there was something wrong with me. And because I hid my anger, I was feeling like a fraud as a person, and I was for sure unlovable. “
“ I realised that anger is a friend, a protector. It really shifted things for me “

Questions I get asked
-
Absolutely no problem. That's actually exciting. Getting closer to your body is a good thing, and I'll be there to guide and support you every step of the way. You are not doing this alone.
-
Surprisingly, yes — this workshop is for everybody. Whether you know your anger very well or you and your anger are complete strangers, you'll learn something new about yourself and open a door to new possibilities within your body. Anger is a natural emotion and an important positive driving force. You don't have to be an angry person to benefit from it.
-
This workshop doesn't include acting angry or playing out your anger. It's a rather soft approach — feeling what happens within your body and learning a new way to work with those sensations. If any intensity shows up, I'm there to support and guide you, and I'm very good at that. You will never be alone.
-
While learning from each other's experience is a valuable part of the workshop, sharing is never obligatory. You are not required to openly talk about what you feel or your past experiences. You are totally welcome to just come and listen — no pressure, no special requirements.
-
Being attentive to your body and spending time inside yourself is usually a very good idea — especially in difficult moments, and especially with professional support and guidance. That's exactly what we'll be doing in the workshop. Having said that, if you think it might be too much right now, send me a WhatsApp or give me a call and let's see together if this is the right moment for you to join.
-
This workshop is based on a specific methodology called the Grinberg Method. It's different from meditation or therapy in how it brings attention into the body. The tools you'll learn are personal — fitted specifically to what's happening within your body and to your own story. The workshop is meant to help you understand anger more clearly and use it in your life in a positive and beneficial way. I believe this approach is quite different from what you'll find in other well-known methodologies.
-
The workshop is not therapy, and it's also not a personal process of the Grinberg Method. It is a discovery workshop where you will dive deeper into your own body experience and learn some tools to use in your daily life. Sometimes after the workshop a new door might open that makes you interested in going deeper — but that is something we can explore later on, if and when it feels right.
-
It's important to let me know about it, although usually that won't be a problem. It's best to send me a WhatsApp or have a quick talk so we can make sure together that this is the right moment for you to join.
-
The workshop is a beautiful human connection moment, but there will be no contact between participants as this is not a part of the work we will be doing this time.
-
This workshop is limited to 8–9 participants at a time. It’s meant to be a personal, well-guided and supported experience — so keeping it small is an important part of how it works. I really want to be there with you and not lose you in a larger crowd.
-
Nothing special. The only thing that matters is that you feel comfortable. It helps to wear something that doesn't limit your breathing — a soft bra, pants without a belt — but that's your own personal preference. You can just come as you are.
-
We are all busy people and plans might move and shift. If that happens to you, up to two weeks before the workshop you can get a full refund minus a 10% processing fee. After that, just talk to me personally and we'll see what are your needs and what's possible to do.
-
Sure — and I would love to hear from you. Just send me a WhatsApp or give me a call and tell me what's on your mind. +351-923-519956 (Itai)
