What if anger isn’t a problem, but actually a friend standing up for you?

That wave of intensity rises through the body. Immediate and powerful, but completely on your side. It's trying to tell you something. But what?
Nobody taught us what to do with that.
We were told to push it down, hold back and smile politely. Because for society it's not ok to be angry. Until it snaps — and either we explode, or get stuck in our heads blaming another person for that intense feeling we got stuck with. Right?
But that's not anger. That's just what the body feels like when anger is pushed away.
Anger is your body's immediate voice. Your own voice. It rises the moment something isn't right, it speaks to you immediately like a good friend standing up for you.
It speaks to YOU.

In the workshop we get curious about that inner voice. We'll use movement, breath and somatic attention. You'll discover what actually happens in your body when the energy of anger comes up — how it moves, how it feels, where it gets stopped, and how you push it away.

In those 2 ½ hours we won't be fixing anything, but we will be exploring and learning practical tools that will get you closer to yourself and to your boundaries and needs. It's about learning how to listen to that voice inside — perhaps for the first time.

This workshop is guided by Itai Aviran

Itai is a bodywork practitioner working with people who wish to change emotional patterns and the repeating habits that keep them from thriving and being themselves. This work is done through body attention, it is emotional, practical, deeply personal.
Itai uses the Grinberg Method, and is also a facilitator of breathwork and active meditations.
I came to this work through my own intense experience with anger. I know what it costs us — and I know what changes in your life when you finally stop fighting it. Actually, what changes inside you.
I created this workshop when I realized that many of my clients lack a basic understanding of the mechanics of anger and how to work with its strong energy in the body. I will be there with you every step of the way, creating a space where you are safe and supported. I can't wait to work together.
